Abby is an experienced account manager, she received her BS from Virginia Tech and has been working with small businesses since graduating. She has lived and worked remotely from Frederick, MD for 10 years with a professional background in Account Management, Sales and Client Success. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her family, including her two young sons, traveling and enjoying all that Frederick has to offer! Abby strives to ensure that the Bloom House client experience is optimal and loves helping small business owners be successful.

Katie has earned her BA in Business Management and MS in Business. She has over 20 years experience with small business operations and accounting. Katie has worked in many different positions over the years while moving from state to state during her husband's Naval career. She has lived in Frederick, MD with her family of four for close to 10 years now and hopes to not be moving anytime soon! Her eye for detail and organizational abilities has greatly benefited her in the past and is a strength that she brings to all Bloom House clients.
